Depending on the length of ownership and the availability of parts necessary for repair, turnaround time may vary. We do recommend creating an account on our site for order status tracking.
We DO NOT repair OSSC units purchased from eBay, AliExpress, etc. We also DO NOT repair home built OSSC units. Any of these units that are sent to us will not be returned or repaired.
